The latest version of BHE offers a new design and new features for this project initially launched in 2004 for Moët & Chandon.

Since then, this collaborative platform is now the application for booking visits to the heritage of the group's Champagne brands. The 4th generation of this project, the application centralizes visit requests from the 4 corners of the world through a regionalized validation process with hundreds of collaborators.

The application not only records reservations but has become a true ambassador of Champagne to visitors.

Key points:

  • A very elaborate workflow for the processing of reservations by the various participants until their final validation.
  • Specific editing modes of the reservations are available according to the roles of the participants.  
  • Reports and statistics on all reservations (brands, countries, etc.)
  • Possibility to exchange in a chat within each reservation between the participants.
  • Possibility to filter thousands of reservations with many criteria.
